Linda Moulton is Chief Executive Officer of Ceralta Technologies, Inc., a Massachusetts and New Hampshire based privately-held manufacturing company which produces RF and microwave interconnect products, components and sub-systems primarily for the semi-conductor tool and military/defense industries. Prior to joining Ceralta, Linda owned a strategic advisory firm, Goddard Advisory, which assisted small and middle market businesses with complex transactions of many types, including commercial real estate structuring and debt procurement, mergers, divestitures, joint ventures, recapitalizations, and complex debt and equity structuring. Goddard Advisory’s client base included manufacturing, medical device, hospitality, service and financial companies as well as both small and large real estate development companies. In the 1990’s Linda served as Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded $900 million manufacturing company during its period of transition following a major acquisition and the opening of overseas markets for its products. Leading up to these roles, Linda held senior management positions in commercial and investment banking for a number of years in New York and Boston. As a member of Senior Management at Credit Suisse New York, Linda was the Department Head for Loan Syndications and Leveraged Finance, primarily responsible for structuring and syndicating large debt transactions. Linda has eighteen year old twin daughters who are attending Brown University in Providence, RI.
