At this quarterly meeting, PBLN's Housing & Economic Development Working Group will have a dialogue about the challenges and opportunities of being a fast-growth company in Massachusetts. The working group will also have a discussion about development of a PBLN policy statement on job growth, economic development and housing.
The Housing & Economic Development Working Group is chaired by Tom O’Brien, Managing Partner of the HYM Investment Group, in partnership with Coordinator Sean Sacks, Assistant Vice President of the New Boston Fund. This group has addressed such topics as “smart growth development, public-private partnerships, and issues surrounding housing production and the policies required to ensure the health of this key driver of economic growth. Currently they are focused on issues of job creation, affordable housing and sustainable economic development.
